Before starting any Job, as part of qualification discuss with Expert approximation of hours required. Any job created regardless of rate type needs to be updated with hours by the expert. Jobs like Auditing, gap assessment , Training can be pre-defined based on organizational processes. You can propose a Timesheet and regular progress to keep track of the hours or set max hours.
Once work product is submitted and reviewed by you , payments are required to be processed within 7 days. If you need changes, request them with in 7 days.
Per our payment terms, if the Client rejects the work product after two rounds of revisions, the Expert will be entitled to receive 50% of the Milestone amount as compensation for the time and effort invested in the project.

Experts with expired certifications are urged to update them promptly. Although they can still bid on jobs, current certifications increase the likelihood of selection.
Never take communication outside of the Contract within your project. If a Client is insistent that they want to communicate through platforms like Whatsapp, you will have no protection against a scam. By keeping the communication and project within the platform, our team can intervene if any disputes arise. It’s against our terms of service to take communication off the Syncuppro website.
If terminated by the expert, partial payment will be made to the expert if work is done for a particular milestone. If terminated by the client, active milestone related payment to extent completed will be paid by the Client.
