This is so that if there is a dispute we can intervene effectively by reviewing your communication in the contract or milestone. If you take communication off the platform, we won\u2019t be able to support you in your dispute, and you won\u2019t be protected.  Discussing requirements and making an agreement to start a Project should all be made directly on the Dashboard.
